How to read a Wind Chill Chart (image above):
Cross reference the Wind (mph) by Temperature (degrees F) to show the amount of time until frostbite occurs when exposed to extreme weather.

* Example:
Wind speed at 15 mph crossed with air temperature of -5 degrees F, equates to frostbite times of approximately 30 minutes, and an apparent temperature of -26 degrees F.

15 mph x 5 degrees F = frostbite time of approximately 30 minutes
